Thinking and behavioural preferences
The inspiration for starting Hoqus Foqus was my training as a facilitator and moderator in order to conduct in-house workshops, whilst at Brains of Cardiff, to generate employee behaviours congruent with external brand values.
The course was run by Sue Hartley of leadership coaching who became an informal mentor to me in developing further skills such as coaching, emotional intelligence and managing feedback. Sue recommended Emergenetics to me and it was a revelation to me in understanding the thinking and behavioural preferences of myself and others.
Whilst an associate of Emergenetics, I conducted team workshops for Microsoft in the UK and Ireland and held 1:1 senior manager profiling exercises with a number of clients.
