The brief

The business has a clear point of difference as a retailer of children’s shoes founded in 2007 with a range of premium imported and UK brands based at an ‘out of town’ location. In 2010, the level of business so far created by word of mouth and by passing trade needed energising by development of on-line sales, supported by people and processes to underpin business growth.

The outcome

In liaison with the business owner and managing director, a marketing plan was implemented including store layout changes, staff reviews and job descriptions, event marketing, supplier management, e-commerce enhancement of web-site , logo design and shop front signage.
